I am taking part in The Dream Run to help Australian kids in need achieve their dreams.
1 in 6 Australian children are living in poverty and don’t have equal access to an education. Together, we need to support these kids so they can dream BIG and create a better future for themselves.
So I am taking on this challenge and raising funds for The Smith Family to help children in need make the most out of their education.

Blind Taste Test Challenge!
Thursday 25th Jun
We do not EVER wish to eat an olive coated in jam, a spoonful of vegemite or jam and tuna mixed together AGAIN. Take it from us, it is DISGUSTING. But we would eat them again, blindfolded, if it meant that we were raising money for a good cause!
Yesterday the children really did put us to the test, asking us hard hitting questions while feeding us the gross food. I think they all have a future in journalism because those questions were hard to dodge!
We have now raised an amazing $1892 for children living in poverty! That amount contributes to:
- 56 children gaining book packs.
- 37 children gaining school packs (stationery and other necessary learning resources for the year)
- 2 children having their education sponsored for a whole year!
It has been so fulfilling do this community project, seeing the children and families get so involved and getting to experience the joy and laughter with all.
We are only $6 away from beating our last years total would love to create a new record so please feel free to share our fundraiser to all you know!

Telletubbies in Public!
Thursday 25th Jun
Thanks to the families donating $500 in less than 24 hours when we first launched our Dream Run community project, today we went out to our local shopping centre in our Tellytubby costumes!
We handed out flyers advertising the charity and our service, took pictures with our local community members, and, of course, went to Coles to buy some "Tubby Custard".
So far, we have raised a phenomenal $1695 for the Smith Family!
Huge shout-out to the team for agreeing to my crazy yet exhausting shenanigans!

Human Canvases!

Teletubbies, Milestones, and Our Next Big Challenge!
Hi all,
Yesterday was a messy one! We let the children cover us in paint, drawings, and stickers. The shower needed a heavy-duty clean afterward, but seeing their smiles—and knowing it supports education for Aussie kids—made it totally worth it.
Here is what's coming up next:
- The Next Goal ($1,650): If we hit this, we will host a "game show" where the kids get to ask us embarrassing questions and blind-feed us "gross" food! This will put us well on our way to beating last year's total of
$2,054 by the end of the month.
- Teletubby Time! You helped us raise $500 in under 24 hours, so we're locked in. Next Thursday morning we’ll be at Warwick Grove Shopping Centre in our Teletubby suits. Come say hi and have a laugh!
- Double Donation Day is TODAY! Every dollar you donate today is matched and doubled. A $10 gift becomes $20 for the kids! Plus, all donations are tax-deductible.

Teletubbies, Milestones, and Our Next Big Challenge!

Hi everyone,
Just wanted to provide an update on where we are at with our community project so far.
To date, I have walked 16km and together we have raised a whopping $889! Yesterday, our educators surprised the children by dressing up as Teletubbies to celebrate hitting our $360 donation goal. Some of the reactions from the children were absolutely priceless!
I know I promised to go out in public wearing the costume (a deal we made for raising $500 in less than 24 hours), but we have had a slight delay with the planning. Rest assured, the time will come very soon, and I will be sure to record the outing and take photos for you all to see!
Our Next Goal and Challenge: $1,150!
Our next donation milestone is $1,150. When we hit this goal, we will hold a special day where the educators turn into "human canvases"—giving the children the opportunity to draw, paint, and stick things all over us!
The Impact of Your Generosity
To put it into perspective, the $889 you have already donated provides deserving Aussie children with:
- 24 literacy book packs
- 16 primary school packs
- 1 child’s education sponsored for a whole year!
We are so lucky and fortunate to be able to send our children to school with full lunchboxes, warm uniforms, and all the supplies they need to succeed. Unfortunately, that is not the reality for all families.
